Taste
Our talented Head Chef Paul Foster was awarded by The 2012 Good Food Guide as ‘Up and Coming Chef of the Year’ and as a ‘Young Chef of the Year’ by Observer Food Monthly awards 2011.
Paul Foster and his team have created an exciting, contemporary menu reflecting the chic yet rustic surroundings.
In the words of Jay Rayner (The Observer Aug 2011), “It's much harder to be good at being different and Paul Foster, who may well be one of the best young chefs you've never heard of, is doing different very well indeed.
