Arrive at 10.30am for coffee and home made biscuits and meet David Ryan, Masterchef of Great Britain and Executive Chef at the Swan Hotel, who will give a cookery demonstration which will include taste samplings, workshop notes and recipes. This will be followed by a two-course lunch served with a glass of wine for just £32.95 per person. Themes coming up include 'Fabulous Fish', 'One Pot Wonders' and 'Flash in the Pan'. See The Swan at Lavenham for more details.
