Due to their popularity, The Swan's Culinary Masterclasses for 2009 are being held twice monthly, on a Thursday. Arrive at 10.30am for coffee and home made biscuits and meet David Ryan, Masterchef of Great Britain and Executive Chef at the Swan Hotel, who will give a cookery demonstration which will include taste samplings, workshop notes and recipes. This will be followed by a two-course lunch served with a glass of wine for just £32.95 per person. Themes coming up include 'Fabulous Fish', 'One Pot Wonders' and 'Flash in the Pan'.

Morning coffee and homemade shortbread will be served upon arrival at 9.30am (9.00am on Christmas Entertaining dates) followed by a demonstration in the working kitchen.
